Khyber Medical University Merit List

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Mere figuring in this order of merit shall not confer any right of admission on the candidate if he/she is otherwise found ineligible on detection of any error/mistake/fraud/misrepresentation at any stage of admissions. As per Clause 12 of Admission Policy "All admissions will be provisional. All certificates or any other documents submitted with the application form will be subject to verification. Any candidate whose documents are found incorrect or false / forged in any way, or whose authentication is doubtful rendering him/her ineligible for admission under the rules, will be struck off from the college roll and legal action may be taken under the criminal and civil law against him/her".
  • 2. Candidates are instructed to appear before placement/Interview committee as per schedule uploaded on https://ihsmardan.kmu.edu.pk
  • 3. Upon placment in a particular institute candidate will be given fee deposit slip for the category of his/her admission. In case the admission fee is not deposited within three working days, right of the candidate for admission shall stand cancelled. The vacant seat shall be offered to the next candidate on merit.
  • 4. The candidates are further directed to report to the office of Director of the concerned institute for other codal formalities to be fulfilled as required by the respective institute within three days positively.
  • 5. The Chairman Provincial Admission Committee shall have the power to review the merit lists in case of any bonafide error, lapse, mistake, fraud or misrepresentation that occurs or is brought to his notice before/during the completion of admission process or thereafter and the merit lists will be amended accordingly.
  • 6. The Candidates are directed to bring all Personal and Education documents along with himself/herself on the day of interview.

The interviews for the 3rd Merit List will be held on 17th November, 2025. Candidates who missed the 1st and 2nd interviews but are included in the merit list are also eligible to appear. A limited number of seats are available, and admissions will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Candidates who have applied for KMU IHS Mardan in DPT and Allied Health Sciences are hereby informed to attend the interview to finalize their admission. Candidates who have already applied but missed the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd interviews are also eligible to appear in this interview. All concerned candidates are advised to ensure their presence accordingly.
